Whitney was born and raised in Utah. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Utah Valley University. Towards the end of her last year of college, Whitney decided to pack up and move to Arizona for an HR internship. While in Arizona, she spent her time outside of work exploring the state and the beautiful weather and hiking it had to offer. After almost a year in Arizona, Whitney again packed up and this time moved to Boise, Idaho for law school. Through her undergraduate experiences and internship, Whitney knew that employment law was the area she wanted to practice in and spent her two law school summers clerking for Hollingsworth Law Offices. She graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2023, and decided it was time to move back home to start her career.
Outside of practicing law, Whitney enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling.
